Blues punk isn't a genre you hear every day, much like the French Irish Coalition isn't a band you see every day. Howling slide guitars and thundering drums make up this driving duo. Settling in Green Bay, WI from the Northwoods, the French Irish Coalition take their varied influences to task by delivering riff driven songs and blistering live performances.

Pistols and Daggers

After a year of writing the coalition completed their first record, Pistols and Daggers. It was recorded at a local venue in green bay called "The Crunchy Frog" located on broadway. It was recorded on a 4 track tape cassette recorder.

Warehouse Rockers

The Band started in 2006, as the members worked at industrial facilities; the first recordings were done in warehouses around green bay.

TEN OF SWORDS (2024)

The second album released by the coalition. Released on their US tour (May 31st 2024) This record shows their raw and sludgy side. This is a themed album based on seeking help from tarot card reading and being dealt the ”10 Of Swords” and how that resonated the truth of avoiding emotions. Each song ranges feelings from heartbreak, loss, abuse, giving up, isolation and lack self worth. TEN OF SWORDS stays true to the blues while adding melodic rhythms and punk rock attitude.
